Members met for a delightful afternoon at the lovely home of Angeline Case-Stott and John Stott in Camas, WA, to hear informal performances, enjoy refreshments and socialize with other early keyboard lovers.

Salem builder Owen Daly brought his instrument, a copy of the 1681 Vaudry in the Victoria and Albert museum, and played a short recital of music by Elisabeth-Claude Jacquet de la Guerre.

Two professional musicians from Eugene also performed:

Julia Brown played Froberger on the Vaudry harpsichord, and

Barbara Baird played music by the modern composer Rudy Davenport on a bentside spinet made by Portland builder, Paul Irvin.

Attendees had an opportunity to try both these instruments and chat with the performers and builders.
